Tommy's "MAGIC of Books" program is second to none as he promotes READING and BOOKS in this 45 minute magic show that inspires children to turn OFF their televisions and video games and turn ON to the THRILL OF READING!

The children will witness how reading inspires imagination as some very popular story books come to life. THE VELVETEEN RABBIT, THE SECRET GARDEN & CHARLOTTE'S WEB are a few of the books utilized in this exciting educational performance of fun and laughter!

A stuffed bunny becomes a real live bunny, as in the story of the Velveteen Rabbit! (the screams from the children are worth the price of the show!)

Tommy also incorporates music into the program as he brings the story of The Secret Garden to life, producing bouquet after bouquet of gorgeous flowers which sets the stage for the rest of the program.

How about a visit from the only LITERATE spider in the world Charlotte, from the story Charlotte's Web.  Charlotte spins a magical web and writes a message in the center for all the children to go out and share with the world.

A K-5 MAGICAL health program designed to motivate children to make wise decisions about what they put into their bodies!

This MAGIC SHOW stresses the benefits of proper diet , regular exercise and just say NO to cigarettes , drugs and alcohol.

A FOOD PYRAMID is on display throughout the performance as the children are taken on a wild ride through the essential food groups. Each food group is discussed as to why they are so important for maintaining great health!

• CALCIUM! We need to eat our vegetables and drink our milk to get our recommended daily allowance of CALCIUM to maintain strong teeth and bones!

• EXERCISE! The benefits of regular exercise! ( To keep our hearts , lungs and muscles nice and strong! )

• JUNK FOOD The children are encouraged to keep junk foods to an absolute minimum ( potato chips candy & soda ) as they have no nutritional value for our bodies.

• JUST SAY NO! In this short but informative segment, Tommy reminds the children that staying healthy isn't magic , it's all about making the right choices. This advice stresses the dangers of drugs and alcohol abuse in our bodies. Children hear this message over and over , but Tommy is a firm believer that repetition about this subject is the best tool to fight the battle against drugs and alcohol.  Tommy says "I want to make a difference!"

• CIGARETTES YUCK! Don't smoke! Tommy states the dangers of smoking and second hand smoke. Along with some startling statistics which should help children think twice about smoking.

All this along with loads of non - stop MAGIC during the show! A glass of water floats in mid - air , an empty box magically fills with foods from the protein group , a handkerchief turns into a real egg , fruits and vegetables appear out of no where , a bottle of soda vanishes into thin air without a trace , and milk is poured through a volunteers head in one ear and out the other! The students will be having so much fun they won't even realize they are learning!
